Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Teach, coach, and provide leadership to the store crew members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, ensuring a high level of customer service and loyalty.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and kitchen equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • Certifications: Valid Driver License required.
