Medical Director for Primary Care Services

Our on-site labs and preventive care programs enable our patients to maintain optimal health, while our chronic care management and mental health services provide support for those with ongoing needs.
As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and utilizing your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures. You will also supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine passion for human-centered care, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to leverage technology to deliver high-quality care. We seek candidates who are innovative, adaptable, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
This full-time position is based in Englewood, NJ, with an estimated annual salary of $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
