Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Leader to join our Swig Battlefield team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, mentoring up to 30 team members, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor up to 30 team members to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Create an engaging work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall store experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
