Platemaker Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As a Platemaker Specialist at Smurfit Westrock, you will be responsible for creating high-quality printing plates that meet our stringent standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in printing, platemaking, or equivalent technical education or experience. You should also possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey business issues to leadership, maintenance, and press crews.

Essential Skills:

This role requires you to be self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to work all shifts. You should also have basic math skills and the ability to operate advanced computer controls. Additionally, you must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and work in a fast-paced environment.
