Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at HealthDirect Inc. Defunct. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our pharmacy and ensuring the highest quality healthcare services are provided to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and adhere to the HealthDirect Standard of Practice to provide exceptional healthcare services.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, following all state and federal regulations.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure technical accuracy and report any incidents in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the submission, resubmission, and collection of third-party claims.
  • Manage and balance pharmacy inventory to ensure maximum turns and in-stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in pharmacy and healthcare services, integrating new knowledge into practice.
  • Work on-call schedule, interacting with facility managers as needed.
  • Perform MTM, IMMR, short stay reviews, delivery at discharge, and other clinical functions to support consultant pharmacists.
Requirements
  • BS or PharmD degree in Pharmacy.
  • Valid state license and current registration to practice pharmacy.
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment and/or random drug screening test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmacy management or leadership roles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic keyboarding skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $81,000 to $123,496.06 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our company is a multistate organization, abiding by all local, state, and federal regulations regarding minimum wage requirements.
