Position Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for various shifts in our production and assembly departments. This role is crucial to our operations at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery, including mold presses and bonders.
- Perform trimming or deflashing of components.
- Prepare and finish parts in the painting section.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more.
- Preferred one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High School diploma or GED required, or the ability to successfully complete a written assessment in communication and mathematics.
- Willingness to work any shift as needed.
The starting hourly wage is $17.16, with additional premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
