Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with clients to promote lasting connections.

- Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency.
- Offer comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Set and meet sales targets within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Licensing Requirements: Must obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- No prior insurance experience is necessary. Previous insurance experience is preferred.
- Motivated and driven with a passion for sales.
