Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to promote lasting connections.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight product advantages.
  • Engage in daily training sessions and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency.
  • Offer comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Set and meet sales targets within designated timeframes.

Qualifications
  • Licensing Requirements: Must obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • No prior insurance experience is necessary. Previous insurance experience is preferred.
  • Motivated and driven with a passion for sales.
  • Collaborative and supportive team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
