This position involves overseeing food handling practices, organizing meal service, and executing assigned tasks and cleaning protocols within the Dietary Department, all while ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:
  • Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Preferred Education: Training in large-scale cooking and specialized diets
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year in food service or dining operations
  • Preferred Experience: 1 year of food service experience in a healthcare dietary environment
