Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze all RFQs to assess their compatibility with the business.
  • Generate precise and intricate RFQs promptly.
  • Identify new suppliers (raw materials, external processing, etc.) or solutions to meet specific RFQ requirements.
  • Understand the cost structure associated with manufacturing components.
  • Support internal quoting efforts with a focus on cost-saving initiatives.
  • Engage with online platforms; manage and facilitate the RFQ process for new business ventures.
  • Undertake additional related projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel; familiarity with CAD software is advantageous.
  • Adept at coordinating and serving as a liaison with various departments, sales teams, and clients.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Experience in job shop or contract manufacturing is a plus.
