  • Conduct independent analyses to address strategic challenges.
  • Document updates in internal systems to provide visibility on customer opportunities and transactions.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for business improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the mortgage approval process.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information in line with established policies.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic understanding of portfolio management and credit qualification standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Expertise in personal lending and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with personal banking, investments, and commercial lending.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
