Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in helping us provide individualized support services to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment
  • Encourage self-help activities and promote independence
  • Accompany clients to scheduled appointments and outings

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

Salary and Benefits

  • $17.00 per hour
