About the Role
Bring Your Maintenance Expertise to Our Team
As a Facilities/Landscaping Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our facilities and grounds are safe, clean, and visually appealing. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Assist with landscaping duties, ensuring our outdoor spaces are well-manicured and visually appealing.
- Maintain all areas safe and clean by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.
- Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.
- Assist with special tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques, as well as landscaping principles and practices.
- Ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
