We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Associate to join our team at Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate customer needs and suggest products to maximize service and sales.
  • Resolve service problems according to guidelines.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safe and quality products.
  • Complete sales to customers, including taking money, counting back change, and operating a cash register.
  • Perform tasks to ensure a clean and safe physical appearance of working areas.
  • Assist with running in-house food orders and accurately deliver to-go food items to customers.
  • Safely and responsibly handle scalding hot products and equipment.
  • Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
  • Adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to count money and change correctly.
  • Available to work required schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
