Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of products on the production line to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Verify components and materials used in production to ensure they meet specifications
  • Test products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with production team to resolve any quality issues
  • Document and report any quality issues or defects
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to use a counting scale and RF scanner
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and assist with training others
  • Ability to demonstrate safe behavior and support department/plant safety goals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and before/after schedule as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment and quality control software
Working Conditions

The Quality Inspector will work in a general plant environment with regular exposure to industrial manufacturing equipment and quality control software.
