Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department Observation Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Department Observation Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure
- 1+ years of experience in emergency nursing
- BSN or enrollment in BSN program
- BLS, ACLS, ENPC, and PALS certifications
- Registered Nursing License
