Job Summary:
JobRialto is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care through efficient and effective practice, communication, and collaboration with patients and other staff.
- Assess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and education.
- Coordinate care plans for patients to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Follow established policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
- Work independently under supervision to implement care goals for patients.
- Regularly assess patients to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
- BSN from an accredited nursing program, and proper licensure.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- EPIC experience is required.
- NH RN or Compact RN license is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Must live greater than 50 miles from Dover, NH.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support
