Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GPU Kernel Driver Engineer to join our team at the Samsung Austin Research and Development Center (SARC). As a key member of our Advanced Computing and Semiconductor Technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-performance GPU kernel drivers for our cutting-edge semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance GPU kernel drivers for our semiconductor products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GPU kernel drivers with our Linux-based operating systems
  • Test and debug GPU kernel drivers to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for GPU kernel drivers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in GPU kernel driver development
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in GPU kernel driver development and Linux-based operating systems
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Assembly languages
  • Experience with GPU architecture and Linux kernel development
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
