As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a stress-free moving or hauling experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction with our services.
  • Junk Removal and Hauling: Safely operate equipment and vehicles to remove and haul junk and other items from clients' properties.
  • Logistical Decision Making: Make decisions on how to best complete jobs, including disposal, donation, and recycling options.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating our company's core values and providing guidance and training to new team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily checklists, perform truck inspections, and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are on hand.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to work.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
  • Personal Qualities: Must enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, including hourly pay plus tips and performance-based bonuses. Excellent earning potential, with the opportunity to earn $15+/hour.
