Truck Captain

Job Summary: As a Truck Captain with College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a stress-free moving or hauling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the truck safely and efficiently, ensuring all daily truck inspections are performed and all necessary equipment is on hand.
• Price junk removal jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks, and educate clients about pricing and services to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of the company and helping to train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
• Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, and lost equipment.
• Check in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance.

• Strong problem-solving and logistical skills, with the ability to make decisions and take initiative.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
