We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Financial Controller to become a part of our team at Jobot, a well-established provider in the commercial design and service sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of the financial operations, contribute to budget development, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Revenue Recognition, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.
- Establish and uphold internal controls and financial processes.
- Generate monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Facilitate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and report significant variances to management.
The successful candidate will possess:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Preferred qualifications include CPA, CMA, or MBA.
2. At least 3 years of experience in managing month-end closing procedures.
3. Proficiency in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost management principles.
