Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable while meeting team and brand objectives.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for the department.
  • Perform various food preparation tasks, including the preparation of hot and cold breakfast items and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and dining areas. * Brew coffee, tea, and other beverages.
  • Operate cooking appliances effectively.
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to brand standards and health department regulations.
  • Responsible for setting up and restocking all food items.
  • Welcome and serve guests as needed.
  • May assist with bar stocking, meeting room setup and breakdown, and refreshment service.
  • Remain highly visible and accessible to guests at all times.
  • Proactively offer assistance or answer inquiries throughout the hotel.
  • Utilize empowerment to exceed guest expectations and resolve any conflicts.
  • Ensure proper management of key control.
  • Willingness to train new team members.
  • Complete maintenance requests and submit them to the supervisor promptly. * Fully understand and implement the brand's service culture.
  • Fulfill all shift checklist responsibilities.
  • Support colleagues to ensure the entire team's workload is completed daily.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
