Job Overview

The Phoenix at Braselton seeks an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Associate to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in a safe and comfortable environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver personalized care and services to our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities

Resident Care:

  • Develop and implement Personalized Service Plans (PSPs) in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and services provided.
  • Respond promptly to security system alerts and resident call bells.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with elderly individuals or those with disabilities.
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
