Healthcare Data Analyst for Quality Improvement

We're seeking a skilled Senior Quality Data Analyst to join our team at MVP Health Care. This role involves leading the execution of operational workflows and quality data deliverables, conducting analysis of large data sets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, with a strong focus on quality analytics and operations. They'll possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and data manipulation tools.
As a Senior Quality Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through the development and implementation of data quality control processes and procedures. You'll also provide training and mentorship to team members to promote growth and development.
This is a hybrid position located in Schenectady, NY, with a salary range of $93,667-$110,000 annually. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits focused on well-being, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
