The selected candidate will be responsible for executing the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of contract documents, including plans and specifications.
  • Develop and implement the project-specific QA/QC Plan, ensuring alignment with safety protocols.
  • Maintain documentation related to compliance, including RFIs and change orders.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and testing, coordinating with third-party services as necessary.
  • Continuously enhance QA/QC strategies and documentation processes.
  • Oversee the creation of Daily Construction Reports and punch lists.
  • Manage the removal and replacement of non-compliant materials.
  • Research and integrate additional quality control methodologies.
  • Facilitate project close-out and compile quality reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Educational Background:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or construction management is preferred.
  • Experience in design-build and job site operations is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and manage subcontractors effectively.
