Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement project control plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and control construction schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.
  • Secure necessary permits, licenses, and occupancy certificates for construction projects.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, income, and expenses.
  • Review job cost reports and maintain accurate and timely indicated cost reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings with owners, architects, and engineers to discuss project progress, problems, and scheduling.
  • Assist in preparing bid day information and authoring meeting minutes.
  • Schedule and assist in progress meetings with trade contractors and construction superintendents.
  • Secure scheduling for equipment, material, shop drawing submittals, and deliveries.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience building commercial projects.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Procore and other software.
  • The ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently.
