The Retail Operations Supervisor is essential in enhancing sales performance and cultivating an exceptional customer journey within our retail environment.

This role will actively participate in developing a comprehensive store strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and vision.

In addition to managing daily operational responsibilities such as store opening and closing, inventory oversight, and visual presentation, the Supervisor will be a vital partner in achieving store goals and promoting team growth.

The Supervisor is expected to demonstrate effective sales methodologies, setting a standard for the team across all aspects of the position. This role will require a commitment of 32-40 hours per week, adaptable to business demands.

Key Responsibilities:


Surpass personal and store sales targets, establishing a benchmark for the team and aiding in the development of sales capabilities among team members.

Formulate and execute sales initiatives to maximize revenue, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while meeting key performance metrics.
Thoroughly capture and manage customer information, including contact details.
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities by promptly identifying customer needs and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Display a comprehensive understanding of store products, pricing structures, and familiarity with the sales floor and stockroom layout.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising throughout the store.
Utilize proficiency in various technology systems and applications, including POS, CRM systems, and inventory management tools.
Implement the store's inventory security protocols by adhering to the company's loss prevention policies.
Comply with all operational guidelines and procedures established by the store.
Assist the Store Manager in coaching and mentoring staff to improve their individual and collective performance.
Collaborate with the Store Manager in the recruitment and interviewing process for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
Previous retail management experience, ideally with at least 1 year in an Assistant Manager role.
A results-driven individual with a strong sales orientation, capable of leading and coaching team members toward success.
Possess a positive, energetic, friendly, and engaging demeanor; willing to initiate customer interactions and guide them through the store.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with customers and corporate partners.
Proficient with technology, including the ability to operate retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, etc.

Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and comfortable using ladders or stairs.

Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring employees, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team atmosphere.
