Rehabilitation Services Coordinator

CorVel Healthcare Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Rehabilitation Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating vocational rehabilitation services and medical case management to ensure timely return to gainful employment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field, and be registered as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) with the MN Department of Labor and Industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients, family members, adjusters, medical providers, employers, attorneys, and vendors as needed.
- Communicate effectively via telephone and prepare organized reports within specified timeframes.
- Document all case activity in files and complete ongoing educational requirements as required by certifying entities.
- May be required to attend committee meetings, participate in customer service activities, present instructional programs, administer vocational testing, and review results.

Salary Range: $60,846 - $90,940 annually based on experience, qualifications, and location.
