About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our interdisciplinary team as a Mental Health Practitioner or Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker. The successful candidate will provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to individuals impacted by mental health symptoms.

The position is designed to cater to two different levels of professionals based on their qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment Planning:
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs.
    • Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress.
  • Service Coordination:
    • Coordinate and facilitate services to support clients' recovery journey.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and service delivery.
    • Analyze data to inform treatment decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Mental Health Practitioner:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or master's degree in a related field.
    • At least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in delivering services to adults with mental illness.
    • Clinical supervision required until 4,000 hours of experience are met.
  • Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker:
    • High school diploma or equivalent, or associate's degree in a related field.
    • Two years of post-secondary education in behavioral sciences or related fields, or three years of life experience with mental illness.

What We Offer:

$23/hour (Mental Health Practitioner), $21/hour (Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker).
