Job Summary

Vanguard-IP is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on international, federal, state, and local privacy laws, as well as industry standards such as the DAA Principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data protection strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential data breaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in data privacy and security
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data privacy and security, including experience with international, federal, state, and local privacy laws
  • Strong understanding of industry standards such as the DAA Principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
