Senior Broker - Retail Division

Sands Investment Group, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Broker to join our Retail Division in South Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the retail investment sales market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a lead-generating strategy to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Oversee the entire deal pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to drive business growth and expand our network.
  • Utilize industry-leading systems and resources to research and validate property owners, identify new leads, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and drive business growth.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company initiatives, best practices, and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience in commercial real estate, sales, or cold-calling.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the retail investment sales market, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite/Docs, and CRM systems.
