Job Overview

As a Professional Sales Associate at Aire Serv of the Coastal Bend, you play a vital role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. Your primary responsibility is to assess clients' HVAC requirements through home visits and provide tailored recommendations for system upgrades.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving results. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and manage various situations effectively on a daily basis. Comprehensive training on our systems and processes will be provided.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct two to three customer visits daily, including some evenings and weekends to meet client needs.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including agreements, financing forms, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes, and rebate applications.
  • Engage in lead generation through networking events, community activities, and outbound calls.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Previous experience in the industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
