Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the safety of individuals and staff on our units.
- Conduct security screenings and inventory property of individuals upon admission.
- Provide orientation to our Observation Unit and Short-term Inpatient Unit.
- Maintain the cleanliness of our facility and designated units.
- Perform light cleaning, collect soiled linen, and launder individual clothing as needed.
- Document services provided and significant interactions in our Electronic Health Record.
- Monitor and document individuals every 15 minutes.
- Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of behavioral health experience.
- Ability to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
