Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team in our Nevada office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Corporate Broker/Managing Partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and managing the CB/MP's calendar, email, and documents
  • Facilitating cross-departmental communication and coordinating important meetings with clients and business partners
  • Client screening and completion of initial intake forms
  • Research, analysis, and suggestion of property listings based on client criteria
  • Preparation, filing, and organization of contractual documents
  • Development, update, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Management of inbound and outbound calls
  • Scheduling appointments, calls, and travel
  • Utilization of transaction management software to input transaction data, documents, and maintain compliance
  • Utilization of CRM software such as HubSpot and Constant Contact
  • Contact outside brokers to confirm listing information and coordinate property tours
  • Marketing/social media projects to include blogs, advertisements, videos, website content, and more
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Maintenance of office appearance, ensuring a clean workspace and adequate office supplies
  • Assessment of existing procedures for continuous process improvement
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Ability to time-block and focus on priority tasks
  • Knowledge of real estate and business sales regulatory compliance
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to maintain 5-star customer service
  • Enthusiastic about learning the commercial real estate and business sales industry
  • 2-4 years of sales/lead generation experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in social media platforms
Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year
