Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Banking Center Associate. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, process financial transactions, and maintain the security of assigned cash.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner, knowledgeable of 5 Winning Ways of Customer Service and implementing on a daily basis.
  • Meet or exceed Secret Shop score expectations, consistently and accurately using CRM program.
  • Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals, locating any cash differences and ensuring they are properly documented and reviewed.
  • Process all transactions efficiently and accurately, meeting or exceeding POD error expectations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer account information, security alarm codes, and general codes used within the facility.
  • Ensure full compliance with and implementation of all bank policies and procedures, familiar with and having working knowledge of appropriate banking regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0 to 6 months of related experience or training
  • Prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred
  • Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems
  • Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
