  • Assisting in the preparation of documents for personal injury claims and other legal matters
  • Engaging with clients to collect relevant documentation
  • Performing administrative tasks, including filing court documents electronically
  • Interacting with potential clients to gather information over the phone
  • Undertaking various office duties within a legal practice
