We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Apartner. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our apartment community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HVAC systems and hold an EPA Certification.
- Address and complete maintenance service requests efficiently.
- Assist in preparing units for new tenants, including clearing out trash from vacant apartments.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with various maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance maintenance.
- Report maintenance issues in available apartments, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Install locks and create keys as needed.
- Replace light bulbs in shared spaces.
- Conduct daily trash removal from office areas and the community perimeter.
- Deliver important communications to residents.
- Assist in cleaning available apartments and models.
- Perform basic pool maintenance, including cleaning furniture and managing pool chemicals.
- Ensure the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas are well-maintained.
- Possess your own basic hand tools for maintenance tasks.
Qualifications: Experience in the apartment industry is advantageous. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
