Your Role:

As a vital member of our recruitment team, you will engage daily to formulate sourcing strategies that effectively support our recruitment goals. You will proactively identify and cultivate a talent pipeline for both current and future high-demand roles.

The Recruitment Associate plays a crucial role in the success of System One by:
  • Collaborating with recruiters to devise and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Identifying and attracting technical candidates for various industries including Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Medical Device, Consumer Product, and Flavor/Fragrance.
  • Assessing potential candidates through calls, job boards, social media, and our internal database.

  • Generating leads and gathering market insights to support our client development initiatives.
