Job Opportunity

Serenity Healthcare is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. As a company leader, your role will include mentorship, guidance, and growth strategies to ensure the success of our interventional psychiatric outpatient practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement company onboarding and training policies for new providers
  • Stay up to date with literature and protocols for TMS and I.V. Ketamine
  • Oversee growth strategies and mentorship of assigned clinical providers
  • Individualized treatment plans for new and established patients via in-person appointments
  • Provide patients with hope through non-invasive neuromodulation and diligent medication management

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Eligible by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
  • Licensed in the corresponding state of clinic location
  • Previous or demonstratable leadership experience of at least 2 years
  • Unencumbered DEA and clean criminal background
  • Green Card holder or United States Citizen
  • Some travel required (preferred location Dallas-Fort Worth but open to Phoenix, Denver, or Salt Lake City)
  • Experience in utilizing TMS and I.V. Ketamine
