Pivot Culinary is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher in our Jupiter, Florida location. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a steady supply of clean items for our kitchen staff, adhering to sanitation standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
  • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine.
  • Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dish machine.
  • Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly.
  • Empty trash containers regularly.
  • Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
  • Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card is required.
  • You must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Working knowledge of sanitation procedures is essential.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish is preferred.
Salary Range

$30,000 - $35,000 per year based on experience.
