As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized diagnostic radiologic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute basic clinical competence in general radiology, including fluoroscopy, in all locations across all patient types.
* Select accurate technical factors on an individual patient basis and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient.
* Apply knowledge of radiology principles and practices, including anatomy and physiology, radiation protection and physics, radiographic positioning and patient care skills.
* Adhere to Joint Commission, State, Federal and departmental regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications:
* Associate Degree, or Certificate, in radiologic technology from a program accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education (USDE) or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
* Registered with American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
* Licensed Radiographer - State of MD
* Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
