About the Role

The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the flow of clients and pets through our hospital, ensuring exceptional client care and maximizing the productivity of our veterinary medical team. This position requires a friendly, welcoming, and efficient approach to client service, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
  • Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support the needs of our wellness plan clients.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including educating clients about their pet's health and hospital services.
  • Assist incoming and outgoing clients with necessary documentation, information, and instructions.
  • Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Conduct administrative functions as necessary.

Requirements

This role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend hours are required, with the hospital open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 6pm and Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
