Nurse Care Specialist - Night Shift

About the Job:

This position offers a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions to patients as assigned.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to facility policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe and quality care is provided.
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited RN program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • Proven experience in behavioral health nursing, preferably in a night shift setting.
