Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional yoga instruction by teaching CorePower Yoga classes, adhering to our high standards of quality.
- Teach multiple formats as an instructor, maintaining a regular schedule of 4-6 classes per week, with a maximum of 10 classes taught per week.
- Drive enrollment efforts for teacher training programs to meet established benchmarks.
- Coordinate and lead in-studio teacher training sessions, providing guidance and support to our instructors.
- Lead in-market continuing education workshops and special classes in partnership with our programming and studio leadership teams.
- Support auditions and intensives as needed, working closely with our studio leadership.
- Partner with our Senior Program Manager and studio leadership to coach yoga quality and instructor growth.
- Act as a leader, providing support and guidance to our students and studio teams.
- Certificate of completion from a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour teacher training program is required, with 300-hour or 500-hour certification preferred.
- Meet the current Yoga Alliance eligibility criteria to be E-RYT, with certification preferred.
- Preferred 2+ years of teaching experience with CorePower Yoga.
- Current CPR/AED certification is required.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 32+ hours per week, inclusive of teaching time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lead students in physical activity for a maximum of 1.5 hours at a time.
- Ability to withstand exposure to heated classroom environments for the duration of class.
- Proficiency in computer applications is required.
