Nurse - Healthcare Professional

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
