Key Responsibilities
  • Clean interior and exterior windows, glass partitions, and other glass surfaces using specialized techniques, equipment, and cleaning products.
  • Operate a variety of cleaning tools, including sponges, squeegees, and extension poles, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Use ladders, safety harnesses, and lifts to access high-reach areas and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company equipment and vehicles.
  • Assist the construction team with various projects during downtime and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in window cleaning or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in construction work.
  • Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
