We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at UW Hospital and Clinics. As a Trauma and Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working with acutely ill surgical and trauma patients in an academic medical and Level 1 Trauma Center.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of WI or compact state
Minimum 6 months of nursing experience or completion of UW Health's Nurse Residency Program
Current CPR/BLS certification
ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
