Job Description:

Quest Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality materials from reputable vendors.
  • Purchase Order Management: Coordinate the issuance of purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure prompt delivery and quality materials.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or procurement environment.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $25-$28 per hour, based on experience.
