Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective use of assigned staff to maximize productivity.
  • Assess the quality and quantity of output while ensuring a clean working environment.
  • Facilitate training and maintain comprehensive documentation; verify employee qualifications.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with company data systems and aviation terminology.
  • Certification in HAZMAT shipping and handling.
  • Proven supervisory skills and technical expertise necessary for this role.
  • Understanding of accounting practices related to materials management.
  • Knowledge of relevant sections of the Maintenance Policies and Procedures Manual, including applicable CFR provisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Aircraft Parts or Stores Clerk.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office setting, utilizing telephones, computers, and other office equipment.
  • Airport ramp and warehouse environment, exposed to varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels.
  • Availability for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly engage in stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to handle objects weighing up to 70 pounds frequently, and up to 100+ pounds occasionally, with assistance.
