Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Machine Operator to join our team in the US Army. As a Heavy Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers and road graders to level earth, clear land, and perform other construction tasks.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience. You will receive paid training at Basic and advanced levels, including ASVAB analysis and combat engineer missions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, road graders, and tractors to complete construction tasks
  • Clear and grub land using heavy equipment
  • Transport heavy construction equipment with a tractor-trailer
  • Assist in the performance of combat engineer missions
  • Analyze information on grade stakes and place them

Requirements

  • Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Citizenship - US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Current Driver's License
  • Pass a background and medical screening
