Maintenance Operations Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team at Park City Communities. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as technical expertise in maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Manage Maintenance Staff: Oversee a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements and maintain high standards of work quality.
- Maintenance Operations Management: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Equipment and Vehicle Management: Supervise the operation, maintenance, and care of various equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and stored.
- Inventories and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of materials used and time spent on tasks.
- Emergency Response: Be available 24/7 for emergency situations, responding promptly to resolve issues and restore services.
- Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with managers, staff, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on maintenance activities, performance, and progress.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and provide coaching and mentorship to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in a trade related to maintenance preferred.
- Experience: At least three years of supervisory experience in multi-family building operations, repair, and maintenance.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid CT driver's license and any other relevant licenses or certifications.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
